REFUND AND EXCHANGE RATES. SATISFACTION OR REFUND
To exercise the right to refund or exchange, the client must inform rugastore.com within 14 days after receipt of order.
The new product must be complete and must be returned in original packaging.
The refund or exchange will only be accepted if the products are in perfect condition.
Products returned incomplete, damaged or used by the client will not be accepted.
In the case of exchange of products, the customer will bear the costs of transport, except in the case of exchange in which case Rügastore.com is responsible.
